January 19, 2012 ~ Minister Carl Sims Homegoing Service
The Homegoing Celebration for Minister Carl Sims will be held on Monday, January 23, 2012 at 12 Noon at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit. The body will lie in state from 11 am – 12 noon at the Cathedral.
The Wake will be held on Sunday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. at the Donald Trimble Mortuary located at 1876 2nd Avenue, Decatur, Ga. 404-371-0772. Interment will be held at the Lincoln Cemetery.

Cathedral Family,
I am saddened to inform you that Minister Carl Sims has passed away. We do not have specific funeral arrangements at this point. However, as soon as the Sims family communicates their wishes we will make an announcement.
Minister Sims was loved by so many people both at the Cathedral and abroad. Let us all do our best to come out and honor his passing.
